- Prepare full sets of commercial documentation (such as BL, Shipping Certificate, invoice, packing list etc), arrange collection for OBL & Shipping Certificate.
- Competent in accurate and proper handling of export shipment documentation and operations.
- Co-ordinate with shipping line/ agent.
- Check all billing invoice from Freight Agents/ Forwarding Agents/ Haulage.
- Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements.
- Ensure all shipments are recorded timely and accurately, included shipments dates, shipping cost, damages of goods or container (if any).
- Manage inventory control such as stock reconciliation and stock transfer.

Responsibilities:
- To supervise and manage on line quality control process and quality management system of goods
- Ensure the entire quality is under department objective
- Liaise with other department in any issue related to quality aspects
- Ensure the entire quality inspection systems are maintained and container inspection is in order
- To monitor control measure and correction actions
- Ensure all inspection, measuring and testing equipment are correctly controlled, calibrated and maintained
- Establish and maintain quality control and assurance for the manufacturing process including incoming raw materials testing, in-process testing till final inspection

- Candidate must process at least a Degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent
